We will personally guide you in mastering the intricate techniques of macaronage, proper folding of the almond-meal batter, and the secrets to nailing that perfect, smooth top and those ruffled “feet” that macarons are famous for. By the end of the session, you’ll have crafted a variety of macarons filled with delicious  buttercreams, ready to impress your friends and family with your refined baking skills.
